Regarding the implant of lenses in the eye, we are already using the generation of the “trifocals”,that in addition to eliminating the diopters from patient, eliminates tired sight achieving greater independence of glasses at all distances.
Concerning to the surgical technique, we go a step further beginning to implant new femtosecond lasers available on the market making many of the surgical steps more predictable and better quality.
